Do you charge for travel time?
Yes, travel is charged from our nearest engineering hub. Rates are agreed upon over the phone before dispatch.

Can you fix it tonight?
We carry a massive stock of spares. If a specific part is needed, we will safe-guard the system tonight and return first thing in the morning with the part.
