It is a criminal offence in Ireland to let an unlicensed person work on an Intruder Alarm or CCTV system. All our engineers carry their Private Security Authority (PSA) ID cards.

Can We Fix It Remotely?
Before we dispatch a van, we try to help you over the phone.
Remote Reset: If your system is connected to the cloud (e.g., HKC SecureWave), we may be able to diagnose and reset the fault remotely for a fraction of the cost.
Phone Triage: Our 24/7 technical team will guide you through the keypad menu to isolate a faulty zone so you can set the rest of the alarm and go home.

Can you silence an alarm if I don't know the code?
Yes. We can access the main control panel and power it down safely to stop the noise, then work on retrieving or resetting the code.
Do you repair CCTV recorders that have stopped recording?
Yes, we carry spare Hard Drives and Power Supply Units (the two most common failures).
My system is very old. Can you fix it?
If parts are obsolete, we can usually "engineer out" the problem to make the system safe and secure for the night, and quote for an upgrade later.
